DESCRIPTION:WeBC is a proud sponsor of the Elevate Her Conference for Black Women. \nPut on by Black Women Connect Vancouver (BWCV)\, the Black Business Association of British Columbia (BBABC)\, and Synergy Executive & Boards Consulting Group\, this conference promises to be an engaging and interactive event. \nAttendees are encouraged to build relationships and learn from one another while actively participating in sessions and experiences that foster growth and creativity. Aspiring and established leaders will redefine leadership by exploring how we are all leaders in our individual spheres. \nBoth aspiring and established Black women leaders will have the opportunity to reshape their understanding of leadership by delving into the concept that each of us possesses leadership qualities within our own unique domains.
